Clive Jonathan Hudson, Lesley Ann Wilson, Paul Jeffrey Boyd and Simon Eric Childs founded on July 31, 2008, the company in Towcester in the county of Northamptonshire . They started producing automobiles and kits in 2009 . The brand name is Eclipse . A total of about three copies were made in the first two years.

The only model is the SM 1 . This is a street legal racing car. The open body offers space for two people. A four-cylinder - Ford Duratec engine with 2000 cc displacement drives the vehicles.
