Cavallo Cars was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

1983 Colin Robertson founded the company in Leeds in the county of West Yorkshire . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was Cavallo . Production ended in 1985. Equus Cars continued production for a short time. A total of about four copies were made.

vehicles

The first model was the Estivo . A chassis made of steel formed the basis. An open body was mounted on it. The small convertible offered space for four people. Various four-cylinder engines from the Austin and Morris 1100 and 1300 powered the vehicles. There were also plans to use the engines from the Austin Allegro and Austin Maxi . The Estivo was a kit car .

The Equus appeared in 1985. It was the same model, but only available as a complete vehicle.
