Morford Motor Company was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The teacher Peter Morley and the engineer Pete Crawford founded the company in 1993 in Whaddon in the county of Cambridgeshire . They started making automobiles and kits . The brand name was Morford , made up of their names. Production ended in 1999. A total of three copies were made.

vehicles

The only model was the Flyer . This was a tricycle with a rear single wheel. The basis was a tubular steel frame with a remarkably long wheelbase , which ensured good driving stability. An open body made of aluminum was mounted on it. The four-cylinder engine came from the Renault 5 .
