Company history

Mark Hinchcliffe and Colin Casterton founded in 2002, the company in Sheffield in the county of South Yorkshire . They started making automobiles and kits . The brand name is Mac # 1 . A total of around 220 copies have been made so far.

vehicles

Vehicles in the style of the Lotus Seven are on offer . These are open two-seaters. The 9 R drives various motorcycle engines. The ZR has a four-cylinder engine from Ford . The Worx R is a lighter version with an engine from the Kawasaki ZX-10R . The Worx Z is the light version with a Ford engine.

There was also a model called Macini between 2006 and 2008 . This was a mini with the engine of the Kawasaki ZX-9 . A special feature was that the engine installed in the front drove the rear axle. Red Line Minis continued this type of vehicle tuning from 2008.
