Pembleton Motor Company is a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Phil Gregory founded the company in 1999 in Leamington Spa in the county Warwickshire . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name is Pembleton . In 2008 the company moved to Bayton near Kidderminster in Worcestershire . A total of around 380 copies have been made so far.

vehicles

One model is the Supersports , initially called the Grasshopper . This is a tricycle with a rear single wheel. It is similar to the Morgan Motor Company's tricycles of the 1920s. The basis is a spaceframe. An open aluminum body is mounted on top. In addition to two-seater roadsters, there are also versions with 2 + 2 seats. In most cases, drives two-cylinder engine from the Citroën 2 CV to the vehicles. Alternatively, engines from BMW and Moto Guzzi can be installed.

The Brooklands is the four-wheel version.
