Micron Cars was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The brothers Brian and Rex Bray founded the company in 1968 and began producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was Micron . Production ended in 1973. A total of about two copies were made.

The only model was the GT . The chassis was partly made of wood , as in models from Marcos Cars . A four-cylinder engine from the Mini was mounted in a mid-engine design behind the seats. The body was made of fiberglass . The coupé body had high side walls and gullwing doors . It offered space for two people.
