GL Enterprises was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company based in Birmingham in the county of West Midlands began in 1992 with the production of automobiles and kits . The brand name was Moons . Production ended in the same year. A total of about four copies were made.

Only one model was on offer. This was the moke . The vehicle was inspired by the Mini Moke . In contrast to comparable beach wagons , the body was made of steel . The four-cylinder engines came from the Mini Metro .
