Carson Automotive Engineering was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

1992 Hugh Carson founded the company in Skipton in the county of North Yorkshire . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was Carson . Production ended in 1999. Hennessey Racing, later renamed Superstratos and later Napiersport , from Poole under the direction of Lionel Gooch continued production.

The only model was the Corse , as previously made by Litton Cars . It was a replica of the Lancia Stratos .
