Tim Dutton Amphibious Cars is a British manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Tim Dutton-Woolley, who previously operated Dutton Cars , developed an amphibious vehicle from 1989 . In 1994 he founded the company in Littlehampton in the county of West Sussex and began production of cars and kits . The brand name is Dutton . A total of over 120 copies have been made so far.
vehicles
The first model Mariner was there until 2000 and the following Commander until 2006. As a kit , they were called Amphijeep and sold until 2010. They were based on vehicles from Ford and Suzuki .
Surf has been around since 2006, and since 2010 it has also been known as a kit and amphibious surf . It is based on the Suzuki Jimny and has all-wheel drive .
