Dragonfly Cars was a British manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
1994 Brendan Beirne founded the company in Toton in the county of Nottinghamshire . He started producing automobiles and kits . The brand name was Dragonfly . Production ended in 1995. A total of about three copies were made.
There was no connection to Dragonfly Cars from Hampshire , which manufactured and sold four-wheeled vehicles from 1981 to 1986 with the same company name and brand name.

Only one model was on offer. This was a replica of the Morgan Motor Company's Type F tricycle from the 1930s. The single wheel was in the back. A steel ladder frame formed the base. The four-cylinder engine with 848 cc displacement was from Reliant .
