Safir Engineering

Safir Engineering was a British manufacturer of racing cars and sports cars from Weybridge .

In 1975, the company bought Token Racing's Formula 1 vehicle , the RJ02, renamed it Safir and entered it in the Race of Champions and the BRDC International Trophy .

Safir later bought the rights to the Ford GT40 and manufactured these vehicles in the 1980s.

Production ended in 1991.
