Ken Muggleton

Ken Muggleton was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Ken Muggleton began producing automobiles in the company of the same name in 1950. The brand name was Kenmar . Production ended in 1959. Another source is the year of production 1958. The Monkspath Garage Limited from Solihull who previously drove the vehicles took over production and put them under the brand name Shirley continued. A total of around 200 copies of both brand names were created.

The vehicles based on chassis of Ford of Britain . These were the Ford Eight and Ford Ten models . A four-cylinder engine powered the vehicles. There was a choice of two and four-seater bodies. The bodies were made of fiberglass .
