The Ford Ten (or Ford 7W ) was a lower middle class car that Ford England produced from 1937 to 1938.
It was the successor to the C Ten model and had the same side-controlled in- line four - cylinder engine with a displacement of 1172 cm³ and an output of 22 kW as its predecessor. The front and rear axles were designed as rigid drawbar axles with transverse leaf springs. The mechanically operated brakes on all four wheels came from Girling.
The successor from 1939 was the Ford Prefect . 41,665 Ford Ten were built in two years.
