Rasmus Falk Jensen (born January 15, 1992 in Middelfart ) is a Danish football player . He is under contract with the Danish first division club FC Copenhagen .

Career

Falk began his career at home Middelfart G & BKL , for whom he played until 2004. At the age of 13 he moved to Odense BK together with Christian Eriksen . With the club's U-16s, he became Danish champions in 2007. From the 2009/10 season he played in the professional team of Odense BK. In his debut season he was runner-up behind FC Copenhagen with the club . In the 2010/11 season , the team was also runner-up behind the capital club. During this time, Falk played with the club in the European Cup, including in the group stage of the 2010/11 Europa League against VfB Stuttgart , BSC Young Boys and FC Getafe . In December 2012 he extended his contract until summer 2016. In summer 2016 he moved to FC Copenhagen.

National team

Falk has played for Danish national teams since 2007. He made his debut for the U-16s in September 2007 against Germany in a 3-1 defeat in Meerbusch . He scored the goal for the final score. This was followed by further assignments in the age groups of U-17 , U-18 and U-19 . In August 2011 he made his debut in the U-21 against Poland . With the team he took part in the U-21 European Championship in the Czech Republic four years later and reached the semi-finals. In September 2013 he made his debut under coach Morten Olsen in the Danish national team . In the qualifier for the 2014 World Cup , he was in the starting line-up against Malta .
