Sadullah Ergin

Sadullah Ergin (born July 6, 1964 in Antakya ) is a Turkish lawyer , politician ( AKP ) and was Minister of Justice in the Erdoğan II cabinet and the successor cabinet Erdoğan III from May 1, 2009 to December 25, 2013 .

Life

Between 1983 and 1987 Ergin completed his law studies at the Law Faculty of Ankara University . Before that, he had studied for a year at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at Uludağ University . Ergin is a founding member of the AKP.

After the parliamentary elections in 2002, he became an AKP MP for Hatay Province . On May 1, 2009, he took over the office of Minister of Justice, which he held until December 25, 2013. He was succeeded in office as Justice Minister Bekir Bozdağ .

Ergin is married and has four children.
