Giuseppe Salvatore Borgese (born March 5, 1937 in Rome , Italy ) is an Italian actor and stuntman .

Life

Borgese, from a Calabrian family, came to film through his acrobatic skills and worked, first and again and again, as a stuntman in numerous European cinema and television productions. His supporting roles in the beating comedies with Bud Spencer and Terence Hill , in which he mostly appeared as a thug and henchman, were particularly well known . He often played silent characters and was used more and more in comic roles over time. Borgese also acted as a stunt coordinator in some of his nearly 150 films, including a. in The World of Don Camillo and Mario and the Magician . According to Credit, he also acted as Terence Hill's fencing master for the movie Verflucht, Damung and Hallelujah .

Borgese was married to the Australian actress Kim McKay for twelve years . He also performed under the stage names Michael Franz and Dick Gordon .
