The Schüßler-Plan Group has offices around the world with a total of 20 offices and around 900 employees. It consists of four engineering companies with headquarters in Berlin , Düsseldorf , Frankfurt am Main and Warsaw (Poland) under the umbrella of Schüßler-Plan GmbH as well as the subsidiaries ICG Düsseldorf, IVB Ingenieurgesellschaft für Verkehrs- und BauManagement and ZIV - Center for Integrated Transport Systems.
Other office locations of the Schüßler-Plan engineering companies are in Darmstadt , Dortmund , Dresden , Erfurt , Halle (Saale) , Hamburg , Hanover , Karlsruhe , Cologne , Leipzig , Ludwigshafen , Munich , Neustrelitz , Nuremberg and Potsdam as well as in Stuttgart .
Services
Schüßler-Plan provides engineering services for planning, advising, managing, testing and certifying building projects and structures . The core competencies of the engineering company include the planning of traffic infrastructure , the planning of objects and structural engineering of buildings and engineering structures as well as services in construction management and project management. The fields of activity extend over the typologies bridges , tunnels, building construction , roads and railways as well as airports, hydraulic engineering and industrial buildings. The areas of redevelopment (construction) , development and conversion ( urban development ) and geotechnical engineering represent further focal points.
history
The company was founded in 1958 by Willi Schüßler (1928–2016) under the name of Ingenieurbüro Willi Schüßler in Düsseldorf. The development into a supraregional engineering company began at the end of the 1970s with the renovation of Düsseldorf Central Station and continued with the lowering of Rheinuferstraße (Düsseldorf) and the expansion of Düsseldorf Airport . In 1985 the company was transformed into Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH. Further engineering companies were founded in Frankfurt (1987) and Berlin (1991). In 1991, Schüßler-Plan Consult GmbH was founded, and Norbert Schüßler became managing partner.
Additional office locations were opened from 1992 to 2015. In 2013 Schüßler-Plan Consult GmbH was converted into Schüßler-Plan GmbH. Since then, managing partners have been Norbert Schüßler, Bernd Wagenbach and Wolfgang Wassmann.
