• The NLA clubs FC Aarau , FC Basel , Vevey-Sports , FC Wettingen and the NLB clubs FC Grenchen , FC Lugano , FC Bulle and ES Malley had a playoff for the two NLA places for the next season. This is won by FC Aarau (final against ES Malley ) and FC Basel (final against FC Bulle). Thus, FC Aarau and FC Basel remain in the NLA. Vevey-Sports and FC Wettingen are relegated to the NLB.
