Sebastian Bezzel (born May 18, 1971 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen ) is a German actor .

Life

Sebastian Bezzel, son of ornithologist Einhard Bezzel , completed his training at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding in Munich.

From 2001 he had a leading role in the RTL crime series Section 40 . From 2004 to 2016 he impersonated the chief commissioner, later chief commissioner Kai Perlmann , at the Tatort from Konstanz at the side of chief inspector Klara Blum ( Eva Mattes ) .

In the series Der Bulle von Tölz he appeared three times in alternating roles between 2000 and 2007. In Franz Xaver Bogner's series Munich 7 , Bezzel played a young farmer. In 2007 he was seen as the main actor in the films Schwere Jungs and Stellungwechsel im Kino. In 2008 he played the Fonse in The Story of Kaspar from Brandner . He has played Werner Grüneis in the BR television series Franzi since 2009. From 2011 (2nd season, episode 14) he played the security officer Sven Nowak in the series Danni Lowinski . Since 2013, Bezzel has played the main character, the provincial police officer Franz Eberhofer, in the film adaptations of the Franz Eberhofer series by Rita Falk .

Sebastian Bezzel has been married to actress Johanna Christine Gehlen since September 2009 . The couple has a son and a daughter and lives in Hamburg-Ottensen .
