Sissy Höfferer

Sissy Höfferer (born April 23, 1955 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian actress .

Life

After graduating from high school , she completed the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna. Höfferer celebrated her first successes at the Munich Residenztheater , where she was engaged from 1976 to 1980. There she played for example under Ingmar Bergman , Heinz Baumann and Jürgen Flimm .

In 1979 she founded the independent Munich theater group “Magic Flute” with András Fricsay and her then husband Jacques Breuer , of which she was a member until 1984. She then gave guest performances on various Munich theaters.

Höfferer often appears in German-language film and television productions.

Television viewers know mainly from the 1979 incurred successful miniseries Sandorf from Tom Toelle Via Mala (1985) or Sigi Rothemund Ökothriller After us the deluge , and from 1986 turned political thriller "Cortuga" where under the direction of Edwin Marian next Angélique Duvier, Heiner Lauterbach and Friedrich Schütter could be seen.

From 2008 Sissy Höfferer could be seen as Karin Reuter in the ZDF crime series “ SOKO Cologne ”, in which she played a continuous role as head of the homicide squad. By 2015 she had acted in a total of 170 episodes. During the 12th season of the television series, Höfferer left SOKO Cologne .

The marriage with Jacques Breuer ended in divorce after eleven years. She has a daughter together with Michael von Au , Lucie.
