United States Snooker Championship
The Snooker Championship of the United States ( English : United States National Snooker Championship ) is a national tournament to determine the US champion in billiards discipline Snooker . After the tournament was held in 1977 or 1991, depending on the information, the last edition of the tournament took place in 2019. Record winners of the tournament are Tom Kollins and the reigning champion Ahmed Aly Elsayed , each with five titles.

For the year of the first edition of the snooker championship, the dates vary from 1977 to 1991, the latter being taken from the United States Snooker Association (USSA), the organizing association, and the World Professional Billiards & Snooker Association (WPBSA). From this point on, the tournaments were held annually in various locations in the US states of Illinois , California , New York and Texas , with one interruption in 2002 and 2003 . Record winners of the tournament are Tom Kollins and Ahmed Aly Elsayed with five tournament wins each in seven and eight and eight finals.
