Spandet Sogn is a parish ( Danish Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Hviding Herred in what was then Tønder Amt , then to Ribe Municipality in the expanded Ribe Amt , which was merged into the “new” Esbjerg Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

420 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Spandet Kirke" is located in the parish.

Since Spandet Sogn forms the southeast corner of Esbjerg municipality, it has neighboring municipalities in several municipalities: in the north Seem Sogn , also Gram Sogn in Haderslev municipality , in the east Højrup Sogn (also Haderslev municipality), in the south Vodder Sogn ( Tønder municipality ) and in West Roager Sogn .
