Stefan Kohn (born October 9, 1965 in Ellwangen ) is a former German soccer player .

He played in the Bundesliga from 1985 as a striker for Bayer 04 Leverkusen , Hannover 96 , VfL Bochum , Werder Bremen , 1. FC Köln and FC Schalke 04 . In 1999 he ended his career as a professional soccer player at SG Wattenscheid 09 .

His greatest successes were winning the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1992 and the German championship in 1993, both with Werder Bremen .

He was substituted on 91 times in the Bundesliga and scored 13 goals. In 1986 he scored the goal of the year as a player for Arminia Bielefeld .
