Stigs Bjergby Sogn was a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Tuse Herred in the then Holbæk office , then to the Tornved municipality in the Vestsjællands office , which was merged into the Holbæk municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the local government reform on January 1, 2007 . On December 1, 2015, Stigs Bjergby Sogn and the neighboring Mørkøv Sogn to the east were merged to form Stigs Bjergby-Mørkøv Sogn .
On October 1, 2015, 609 people lived in the parish and 315 people in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Stigs Bjergby Kirke".
In addition to Mørkøv Sogn, neighboring communities were Kundby Sogn in the north, Skamstrup Sogn in the south and Jyderup Sogn in the west .
