Udby Kirke

Udby Sogn was a parish community ( Dan. : Sogn ) on the Isefjord lying peninsula Tuse Næs on the island of Zealand in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to the Harde Tuse Herred in the then Holbæk office , then to the Holbæk municipality in the Vestsjællands office , which was merged into the "new" Holbæk municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 . On January 1st, 2016 Udby Sogn and the only neighboring municipality to the west of Hørby Sogn were merged to form Tuse Næs Sogn .

There were 1,190 inhabitants in the parish on October 1, 2015, and 517 people in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Udby Kirke" is in the parish.
