Swedish Moose was a Swedish charter airline based in Stockholm . The company never started flight operations and the founding phase was interrupted.
history
Swedish Moose was founded in 2010 by the parent company SMA Aviation . The company's CEO is Daniel Lundberg, who previously worked for the airline Air Sweden , also from Sweden and operating in the wet lease segment . The company's first aircraft, an Airbus A320-200, was supposed to lay the foundation stone for the fleet at the turn of 2010/2011; it was supposed to bear the SE-RIV label. A sister machine of the same construction was planned for April 2011.
Swedish Moose had already been able to sell flight services during the construction phase. The Swedish flight booking and travel company ScanJet wanted to use the capacities of the start-up carrier Swedish Moose.
For unexplained reasons, Swedish Moose dropped their plans during the preparation period and will not blow up for the time being. Nothing was known about a second attempt.
Destinations
It was planned that Swedish Moose would serve the Östersund - Amsterdam route weekly from February 13th to March 13th. In addition, Split with Gothenburg, Stockholm and Örnsköldsvik and Rijeka with Gothenburg and Stockholm were to be connected in summer 2011.
