Jonair has been operating the Luleå - Pajala route since March 2015 . The route is operated on behalf of the Swedish Transport Authority as part of a public service obligation. The flights can only be booked via the website jonair.worldticket.net. At the end of July 2019, the Swedish transport authority announced that from October 2019 Jonair will operate the Stockholm / Arlanda - Sveg and Umeå - Åre Östersund routes in addition to the Luleå - Pajala route .
