Nextjet was a Swedish regional airline based in Solna and based at Stockholm / Arlanda Airport . Due to its financial situation, the airline's operating license was revoked in August 2017. As an alternative, it initially received an operating permit limited to November 17, 2017 and a new operating permit in October. On May 16, 2018, NextJet declared bankruptcy and ceased flight operations.
Destinations
Nextjet mainly operated various domestic routes with small turboprop aircraft. The airports served were mostly small regional airports, which is why some routes are also subsidized. The fleet was also offered to other companies in charter and wet leases .
National flights to Arvidsjaur , Gällivare , Hagfors , Hemavan , Kramfors , Linköping , Luleå , Lycksele , Mora , Stockholm , Sveg , Torsby , Umeå , Vilhelmina , Visby , Örebro and Östersund . In Finland Helsinki , Kokkola , Mariehamn , Oulu , Pori and Turku were served. There were flights to Riga in Latvia and Tromso in Norway .
