The Tönsheider Forest is a nature reserve near the village of Aukrug west of Neumünster in Schleswig-Holstein .

In the forest area of ​​136 hectares on the premises of the Aukrug Specialist Clinic , 61 hectares are under nature protection in the eastern part. In the nature reserve there are larger near-natural forest areas with interspersed heather areas as well as the headwaters and the upper reaches of the Sellbek . In 2012, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord sold 107 hectares of the forest area to the Kurt and Erika Schrobach Foundation .
