occupation

Spielverderber is a television film from the crime series Tatort by ARD , SRF and ORF . The film was produced for NDR and was first broadcast on television on November 22, 2015. It is the 963rd crime scene episode. Chief Detective Charlotte Lindholm is investigating her 23rd case.

action

The Bundeswehr pilot Jan Körner finds the body of his wife Lore Körner, who is separated from him, in his weekend house in the Harz Mountains. She was brutally slain. Chief Detective Charlotte Lindholm starts the investigation. Körner cannot really help the Commissioner find the culprit. He allegedly does not know whether, and if so, whom his wife might have as a new boyfriend. But what is wrong. Körner assumes that Paul Goebel is responsible for the death of his wife and tries to find him on his own.

Inspector Lindholm learns from the murdered girl's neighbor that she often had men visiting, which is why the Körners' marriage broke up. Most recently she was in a relationship with Paul Goebel, a comrade of her husband who lives in the same house and whose wife is said to be pregnant. He is currently on the road and therefore cannot be interviewed.

Jan Körner ambushes Goebel after he has visited his apartment. He follows him with the car and stops him. After a duel between the two, Goebel disappeared. The police only find his abandoned car on the country road. Meanwhile, Lindholm is able to catch the Bundeswehr soldier Lutz Steinmann when he breaks into Lore Körner's weekend house. He too was one of her changing acquaintances and claims to have ended the relationship six months ago. When checking his alibi, inconsistencies emerge. These dissolve, however, when he admits to have gambled with friends , which his wife should not find out.

The next day, Jan Körner was picked up and Goebel was found seriously injured. He freely confesses to Lindholm that he killed Lore Körner after they got into an argument. There are discrepancies in the description of the course of events and so the commissioner suspects that he wants to protect the real perpetrator. Since Lindholm was able to find out that Kristin Goebel had suffered a miscarriage, but had claimed to be pregnant, the woman seems to be an urgent suspect. Kristin Goebel herself is on duty because she also works for the air force . Lindholm does not receive a warrant for her arrest because the public prosecutor does not share the Commissioner's view. Without further ado, she visits Goebel at her current base, where she is brought in a Bundeswehr aircraft. Kristin Goebel Lindholm remorsefully reports what happened that evening. Due to a loss of service, she drove home earlier and saw her husband with Lore Körner on the way. She drove after them to confront them. The situation has escalated and she hit both of them wildly. Her husband ran away.

Kristin Goebel willingly allows herself to be escorted to the plane that is supposed to take her back to the office. On the flight there, Goebel suddenly opens the aircraft door and jumps into the depths.

Reviews

"The rather quiet case" is a "great acted crime thriller in camouflage and primary colors," judged the TV Today editorial team . He is "entertaining" and describes the military milieu as "sensitive and credible". “The optics, sometimes reduced to basic colors”, was praised by Daniel Zimmermann, along with the portrayal. The editors awarded two out of three possible points.

“Basically, however, the director is less interested in the political framework than in the social consequences for the small, isolated world of aviators and their followers. […] At times the story purrs and shuffles to itself, in a very bloody scene in forensic medicine you see Kai Diekmann lying on the autopsy table as a corpse with an open abdominal wall. Sometimes you don't really know where the story is actually going. "

“As announced many times, the Bild boss is playing a gutted corpse, and in a thematically appropriate way, he looks below the nipples as if he had got into a huge waffle iron. Kai Diekmann without a heart and a woman without pants are the highlights of a crime scene that you can forget. "
