Lemperle first played for TuS Makkabi Frankfurt, then the youth from 1. FSV Mainz 05 and FSV Frankfurt went to 1. FC Köln . Because of his good performance in the A-Juniors Bundesliga , he received a professional contract with 1. FC Köln in May 2020 until 2023 and was in the team's professional squad from matchday 30. He made his first Bundesliga appearance on matchday 34 in the 6-1 defeat against Werder Bremen .
