Jannes-Kilian Horn (born February 6, 1997 in Braunschweig ) is a German soccer player . The left defender is under contract with 1. FC Köln .
Career
societies
Horn played for VfB Rot-Weiß Braunschweig and in 2008 switched to the youth department of VfL Wolfsburg . There he stood, since December 2015, the first team squad, for which he on 17 September 2016 at 0: 0 against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga debut. On April 4, 2017, Horn signed a professional contract with VfL that runs until June 30, 2021.
For the 2017/18 season , Horn switched to league competitor 1. FC Köln . On June 9, 2017, he signed a contract in the cathedral city until 2022. With the club, he was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga at the end of the season as bottom of the table ; In the second division, however, Horn only played 18 times for Cologne.

Horn played from the U16 for various youth national teams of the German Football Association . He was appointed to the German squad for the 2016 European Under-19 Championship in his own country . He was used twice in the tournament and qualified with the team as the best group third for the 2017 U20 World Cup in South Korea . In October 2016 Horn played twice for the U20 national team . In September 2017 he was used twice for the U21 selection .
