Tomasz Arabski ( listen ? / I ) (born April 14, 1968 in Danzig ) is a Polish journalist and politician . Between 2007 and 2013 he was head of Prime Minister Donald Tusk's office and a member of the Council of Ministers from 2011 to 2013. Audio file / audio sample

Tomasz Arabski is a graduate of Gdansk University of Technology . He worked as a reporter for Radio Free Europe and Radio Zet . He was a member of the National Council of Catholic Laity and the European Laity Forum. In 2002 Tomasz Arabski was awarded the papal order Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice ( For Church and Pope ). From 1998 to 2002 Arabski was editor-in-chief of Radio Plus in Gdansk and then program director of the station in Warsaw. In 2005 he became editor-in-chief of Dziennik Bałtycki magazine and a member of the Board of Directors of Radio Gdańsk . In 2006 he was the candidate of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ) for the National Broadcasting Council ( Krajowa Rada Radiofonii i Telewizji ), but was not elected. In 2007 he became head of the Prime Minister's office. In the 2011 parliamentary elections , Tomasz Arabski ran for a seat in the Sejm in the constituency 25 of Gdańsk without success . On November 18, 2011, he was appointed a member of the Council of Ministers and on February 25, 2013, he resigned from the Council of Ministers; from May 24, 2013 to December 18, 2015 he was the Polish ambassador to Spain and Andorra . He was succeeded by Marzenna Adamczyk .

Tomasz Arabski is married and has four children.
