Tondi Koirey (also: Tondikoirey , Tondi Kouarey , Tondikouarey ) is a village in the Niamey I arrondissement of the city of Niamey in Niger .

The village, run by a traditional chief ( chef traditionnel ), is located on the Niger River in the west of the rural municipal area of ​​the Nigerien capital Niamey. The neighboring villages are Bangoula in the rural community of Karma in the north and the Niamey villages of Soudouré in the east and Gorou Banda in the west.

Tondi Koirey belonged to Karma in the Kollo arrondissement until the end of the 20th century , when it was incorporated into Niamey.

At the 2012 census, Tondi Koirey had 2519 residents who lived in 322 households. At the 2001 census, the population was 1,311 in 809 households, and at the 1988 census, the population was 1,566 in 199 households.

There is a sales point for agricultural inputs in the village. From 2013 to 2015, an 18-kilometer four-lane road was built that runs from Tondi Koirey via Tondibiah to Goudel .
