Torres is a Spanish municipality in the province of Jaén in Andalusia .

economy

The economy of Torres is based on agriculture, mainly on the production of olive oil and cherries . It is also important to the village tourism, with some hotels in the area, the construction sector and the repair of agricultural machinery.

In 2012, more than 570,000 kg of cherries were harvested in the community .
