Trecenta is a north-eastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2625 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Rovigo in Veneto . The municipality is located about 23 kilometers west-southwest of Rovigo on the Canalbianco .

history

Trecenta goes to the ancient Anneianum , an Etruscan settlement, when a military unit settled here in 163 BC. 263 and 774 Trecenta was sacked.

Trecenta has had an intra-Italian partnership with the city of Conversano in the metropolitan city of Bari since June 2008 .
