Salara is a north-east Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1115 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Rovigo in Veneto . The municipality is located about 30 kilometers west-southwest of Rovigo on the Po in the Polesine and borders directly on the province of Mantua ( Lombardy ).
