Ua Huka ( French Commune de Ua Huka ) is a municipality in the Marquesas subdivision in French Polynesia . A census in 2007 showed that Ua Huka then had 571 inhabitants. An average of 7 people with their main residence live in one square kilometer.

The municipality includes the island of the same name in the Pacific Ocean and consists of the villages of Vaipaee (with the municipal administration), Hane and Hokatu. The highest point in the municipality is at 857 meters above sea level.
