Ua Pou (municipality)
Ua Pou is a municipality in French Polynesia with a population of 2,213 (2017 census).
geography
The municipality of Ua Pou includes the island of the same name , 105 km² in the Pacific Ocean . It belongs to the Marquesas subdivision . Its administrative headquarters are in Hakahau .

The municipality is divided into two sub-municipalities ( commune associée ) with a total of eight villages (the villages in clockwise order, starting in the northwest):
