Uliszkowice (German Augustfelde , Kashubian Ulëszkòjce ) is a small village in the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship and belongs to the Gmina Trzebielino ( Treblin ) in the powiat Bytowski ( Bütow district ).

Geographical location and transport links

Uliszkowice is located one kilometer south-east of Suchorze ( Zuckers ) on Voivodship Road 209 , which leads from Warszkowo ( Old Warschow ) near Sławno ( Schlawe ) to the district town of Bytów ( Bütow ). The railway connection existed until 1991 via the Zielin Miastecki ( Sellin ) station on the Lipusz – Korzybie (Lippusch – Zollbrück) line.

history

The former Augustfelde - a place with the same German place name Augustfelde is located 30 kilometers as the crow flies in a north-easterly direction in what is today the municipality of Czarna Dąbrówka ( Schwarz Damerkow ) - was established in 1818 as a Vorwerk by Zuckers (now in Polish: Suchorze). At the beginning of the 20th century Adolf Grundies inherited it , and after 1919 it was acquired by Major Theodor Wolff (whose daughter Marly married Lieutenant General Georg von Bismarck in 1929 ), who kept it until 1945.

Until 1945 Augustfelde was part of the Zuckers community and was closely linked to its history. It was in the district of Rummelsburg i. Pom. in the administrative district of Köslin in the Prussian province of Pomerania . After 1945 the place called Uliszkowice came to Poland and today belongs to Gmina Trzebielino in powiat Bytowski of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (1975 to 1998 Slupski Voivodeship ).

church

Augustfelde was ecclesiastically incorporated into the Protestant parish of Zettin (today in Polish: Cetyń). It belonged to the church district of Bütow (Bytów) in the eastern district of the church province of Pomerania of the Church of the Old Prussian Union .

Today Uliszkowice is a parish in the Suchorze ( Zuckers ) parish, formed in 1990, in the Miastko ( Rummelsburg ) dean's office in the Köslin-Kolberg diocese of the Catholic Church in Poland . Evangelical church members belong to the Kreuzkirche community in Słupsk ( Stolp ) in the diocese of Pomerania-Greater Poland of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland .
