Unterrosenauerwald is a village and, as Oberrosenauerwaldhäuser, a cadastral community of the municipality of Groß Gerungs in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 156 building areas with 63,699 m² and 32 gardens on 17,627 m² in the cadastral municipality of Oberrosenauerwaldhäuser , in 1989/1990 there were 154 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 400 and in 2009/2010 there were 247 buildings on 397 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 928 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 491 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 880 hectares and 522 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 827 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 541 hectares. The average soil climate of Oberrosenauerwaldhäuser is 16.8 (as of 2010).
