Uttissenbach is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Zwettl in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 30 building areas with 14,926 m² and 13 gardens on 1,867 m² in the cadastral community of Uttissenbach , in 1989/1990 there were 34 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 94 and in 2009/2010 there were 46 buildings on 86 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 192 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 181 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 185 hectares and 185 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 176 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 190 hectares. The average soil climate number of Uttissenbach is 19.4 (as of 2010).
