Rosenau Dorf is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Zwettl-Niederösterreich in the district of Zwettl in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 36 building areas with 16,506 m² and 8 gardens on 639 m² in the cadastral community of Rosenau Dorf , in 1989/1990 there were 37 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 73 and in 2009/2010 there were 40 buildings on 73 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 159 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 8 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 158 hectares and 9 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry.
