geography

The wasteland consists of three residential and nine residential buildings. It is located on the Hechelbach, a right tributary of the Wieseth . The place is largely surrounded by arable land and grassland. In the south the corridor is called Kleefeld . A local road leads 200 meters further south to a communal road that runs to Mittelschönbronn (0.75 km southwest) or Häuslingen to state road 2248 (0.8 km northeast).

history

Urbansmühle was in the Fraisch district of the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen . The caste office Feuchtwangen was the landlord of the grinding mill . From 1797 to 1808 the place belonged to the Justice and Chamber Office Feuchtwangen . Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, the Urbansmühle received the number 10 of the village of Häuslingen when the house numbers were assigned. The property included 2.6  hectares of arable land.

With the community edict (early 19th century) Urbansmühle was assigned to the tax district Gräbenzüge and the rural community Oberschönbronn . After 1882 Urbansmühle is no longer run as a district.

As part of the regional reform in Bavaria , the municipality of Schönbronn was dissolved on January 1, 1972 and the Urbansmühle was incorporated into Wieseth.
