Viggo Møller-Jensen
Viggo Vold Møller-Jensen * ( March 27, 1907 in Copenhagen ; † December 20, 2003 ibid.) Was a Danish modernist architect who often worked with Tyge Arnfred. He was a professor at the architecture school of the art academy from 1955-77.

He was the son of the painter, architect and craftsman Jens Møller-Jensen (March 23, 1869 in Hårby near Skanderborg - December 19, 1948 in Gentofte) and Sigrid Johanne Sophie Jubeline Vold (March 3, 1875 in Copenhagen - September 7, 1968 in Gentofte). He married the Malering Anna-Helene (Malene) Helligkilde (May 3, 1909 in Nørre Uttrup near Aalborg ) in Copenhagen on June 2, 1934 , daughter of the gardener Niels Helligkilde and housekeeper Anna Gravesen.

Viggo Møller-Jensen graduated from high school in 1925 , cand.phil. at the University of Copenhagen the following year and completed his apprenticeship as a carpenter in 1929 . Then he attended the architecture school of the art academy. Here he studied under Professor Ivar Bentsen and graduated in 1935 .
Career
Viggo Møller-Jensen opened his own architectural office in 1940 and worked with Tyge Arnfred as a partner from 1950 ; and from 1961 with Jørn Ole Sørensen in the architects' office 'Fællestegnestuen' until the end of the 1980s.
In 1941 he became a teacher at the architecture school of the art academy, where he was professor from 1955-77. In 1961 and 1965–68 he was also dean of the architecture school. He was also a member of many committees that assessed projects.
Møller-Jensen was a well-traveled man; in 1930 he was in France , in 1931 in England and France, in 1937 in Italy and France. In 1950 he was a visiting teacher at MIT in Boston . In 1961 he was on a survey trip to the Virgin Islands and several times between 1961 and 81 on Greenland on survey trips.
