Vis ( Italian Lissa ) is a town in Dalmatia in the southern part of Croatia , which belongs to the Split-Dalmatia County . It is located on the island of the same name . According to the 2011 census, Vis has 1,934 inhabitants and consists of the eleven settlements: Brgujac, Dračevo Polje, Marinje Zemlje, Milna, Plisko Polje, Podselje, Podstražje, Rogačić, Rukavac, Stončica and Vis.
