Postira is a municipality on the island of Brač in Split-Dalmatia County , Croatia . The port is located on the north coast of the island, ten kilometers east of Supetar , and has 1,559 inhabitants (2011 census). The place is surrounded by picturesque bays such as Lučice or Duboka. Only about three kilometers to the east is a sandy bay accessible via a narrow and steep driveway. Parking and swimming are chargeable.

In Postira, parking is sometimes problematic due to narrow streets and a lack of parking spaces.
