The registers were kept in Starý Jičín from 1610 and in Hustopeč from 1683. Until the middle of the 19th century, Wysoka was always subservient to Hustopeč, and the lordship maintained a manorial court in the village.

The Czech-speaking village was on the German-Czech language border. In 1900 Vysoká consisted of 43 houses in which 206 people lived. At that time, children from Vysoká were educated in both Hermitz ( Heřmanice ) and Hustopeč. Later, Hustopeče, which was also the parish for Vysoká, became the sole school location. In 1923, as part of the land reform, the Vysoká estate, which belonged to the Barons von Baillou , was dissolved. The manor was sold and 35 hectares of fields and 6.5 hectares of forest were parceled out as arable land. As a result of the Munich Agreement , Vysoká was a border town to the German Reich between 1938 and 1945. The volunteer fire brigade was formed in 1942. After the dissolution of the Okres Hranice, Vysoká was assigned to the Okres Přerov in 1960.
