WFV Cup 2003/04
WFV Cup winners in 2004 were the VfR Aalen , which in the final on May 19 of the year in Fellbach the FSV 08 Bissingen defeated. By winning the WFV Cup, the club qualified for the 2005/06 DFB Cup .
The 8-0 success of the Aalen third division club over the district division is the highest final victory in the history of the competition, with Christian Seeber scoring five goals. The team had already scored eight goals in the quarter-finals and five in the semi-finals.

The first two rounds of the cup competition were held in four regional groups, from the third round onwards the competition was played across the association.
