The constituency of Hainichen was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. Its constituency number was 58. For the 1994 state elections , the constituency structure was changed as a result of the district reform, and the number of constituencies was reduced from 80 to 60. The area of ​​the constituency of Hainichen became part of the constituency of Mittweida 1 except for one municipality . The municipality of Beerwalde , which was still independent in 1990, was incorporated into the Mittweida 2 constituency in 1994 .
